The Arlington Dems Precinct Operations Team organizes across the County’s 54 precincts to turn out every last Democratic vote. Our team of ~150 Precinct Captains, Precinct Leaders, and Area Chairs serves as the face of the Democratic Party in our neighborhoods. We work with all parts of the Democratic Committee, including Comms, Outreach, Beyond Arlington, and Voter Support, to win elections in Arlington and Virginia.
Our precinct captains:

Deliver newsletters and flyers door-to-door throughout the county

Talk to voters through door-to-door canvassing and phone banking

Invite neighbors, volunteers, elected officials & local candidates to house parties

Get out the vote around Election Day

Greet and hand out sample ballots on Election Day as voters arrive at the polls
