What Is the School Board Endorsement Vote?
There is one open seat for the Arlington County School Board this year. Because school board candidates aren’t listed by party on Arlington’s ballots, there isn’t a primary. Arlington Democrats does, however, endorse a school board candidate for the General Election. We choose who to endorse with an endorsement vote, which follows the rules approved by the Committee earlier this year.
